- 8 OZ CHICKPEAS, STRAINED
- 1/2 YELLOW OR RED ONION
- 4 OZ FETA
- JUICE FROM 1 LEMON
- 3 TBSP WHITE WINE VINEGAR
-RED PEPPER FLAKES
DIRECTIONS:
1. MIX KAMUT, VEGGIES, AND FETA IN A LARGE BOWL
2. MIX IN LEMON JUICE AND VINEGAR
