Liz Pachaud is the roaster and co-owner of Honor Society Coffee.  She is also a longtime animal protection advocate who has previously worked undercover to expose animal abuse on factory farms and slaughterhouses, leading to unprecedented legal victories for animals and food safety protections across the US.  Brandin Myett is a career chef, the founder and co-owner of Juicebox Seattle and the co-owner Honor Society Coffee. Brandin applies his culinary expertise to plant based cuisine in order to enhance its esteem in gastronomy and invigorate its perception.

Caroline is a certified nutritionist and yoga teacher who loves the outdoors. She spent more than a decade in Seattle's food scene, working in some of the city's busiest, most elegant restaurants and leading culinary tours through Pike Place Market. In 2014, she left her urban life behind to backpack 2,000 miles on the Pacific Crest Trail through California, Oregon, and Washington. It was an epic 5-month journey that truly changed her perspective on health, happiness, and what really matters in this life. Now Caroline holds a master's degree in nutrition and runs her own business, Ahimsa Nutrition & Wellness. She is passionate about helping people improve their relationship with food so they can feel their absolute best--physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Kari Brunson is the owner and creator of the Juicebox cafe, a vegetable focused restaurant and organic cold pressed juice cleanse company.  In January 2016, she began a partnership with Autumn Martin of Hot Cakes Molten Chocolate Cakery, and together they started Frankie & Jo’s, a plant-based ice cream shop that is 100% vegan and gluten free. The shop opened at the end of 2016 and has been featured in from Sunset Magazine, Martha Stewart Magazine, and Tasting Table.
